I’m in the middle of a cps investigation over a ridiculous claim. I am separated from my husband and me and the kids live in a different town. They came and investigated me and I took a drug test with no issues because I have nothing to hide. My name was the only name on the cps report not my husbands but the case worker said she has to talk to my husband because he’s the other parent of our kids and she has to vaguely explain to him what the “charges” are. Will he be required to take a drug test even though there was no complaint against him and it was just me? via /r/legaladvice https://ift.tt/2GmZtXC
