So long story short I can't afford to go to a college despite being able to get into good ones that are out of state. I did not get any aid mostly because I was a transfer from a community college and I can't get student loans as I have no cosigner. I looked in instate schools as they would be the cheapest but sadly the ones I would go to require housing and food non commuter and my parents can't afford that at all, I can't as a junior, can't get aid or loans so it would cost me $30k a year out of pocket. I looked at commuter schools but they are just either private costing 50k and more, don't have what I want to major in or anything close, really horrible that people told me that were uber drivers and id talk to people at restaurants and they would mention the college name and it was the same one and I looked online and its very difficult to get a job from this school as they just take in anyone and it would be wasting money and time. Lastly, I did get into one school thats cheap but it doesnt have what I want to major in only sciences like bio chem which require more education and if I cant afford this right now, how will I afford med school 300k and dental school 400k without loans or money and plus I do not see myself working in those professions. What can I even do? I am a smart kid but I do not want to go into a trade or something. Is there something I can do like entrepreneurial or try to start a business? People like David Dobrik couldnt afford school and now hes a multi millionaire I mean thats unlikley to happen but what options do I have to get wealth and income and security? via /r/careerguidance https://ift.tt/31rv3v6
