Am I being too critical.of my wife?

My (38m) wife (36f) constantly makes tiny passing judgement comments with our kids. Instead of something just happening it's like she needs to assign blame. I frequently point this out and she yells (she says she's not yelling but she's talking sternly and loudly) that she's not doing whatever I say she's doing. I don't know if I'm too judgemental and critical or if there's something else there. These are all small things and I understand that. All of these statements are in a snarky tone.My 2yo spilled milk and she's said, "surprise, surprise, "name" spilled his milk again".5yo struggles taking off clothes for a bath and she says "you always do this and you know it annoys me. " My parents got upset at situations but never at me directly so maybe I am hyper aware of her doing it.
