I'm kind of panicking right now. I'm very close to opening my Family Child Care on a military base which comes with LOADS of requirements and rules and its very very very structured (so fun). I had this plan before the pandemic as this would mean that I would be making lunch only on non federal holidays when the school is closed. Basically just making breakfast, bring kids to school, pick them up, and feed snack and chill until parents pick up and would have been perfect for me. But now everything is still upside down and I am still charging ahead trying to make this work. The problem? I'm making 3 fresh (non previously cooked then frozen) meals/day on a rotating menu that must be highly variable. I started practicing sticking with the menus and time frames and its been over a month and I'm still consistently inconsistent. I've got apps, timers, visual reminders everywhere and I'm still not able to make the meals on time. How can I succeed? or should I just mark this as a Loss until school opens up again? via /r/ADHD https://ift.tt/3jZnqn7
