Figured I'd throw one up here for the nutmeg state!Yale: Every kid applies here "just in case" they get in. Spoiler: Yale seems to hate instate applicants.UCONN: We grew up with UCONN propaganda. I don't care what you say, UConn has the best collegiate women's basketball. Lots of rich kids go here, as their parents drive their Miata's in the fields like Moo-Moo Meadows. Actually kind of a good school, but most CT high school seniors hate it.Fairfield: Gives out a crap ton of money, usually lots of solid 3.4/3.5ish students who want to stay in Connecticut and work for the insurance companies.Quinnipiac: A "Yale" for the wealthy B- students. Although their hockey is actually pretty solid.Sacred Heart: Private school for the C+ students. At least Quinnipiac is somewhat respected. Look, in all seriousness, it's not that bad a school. It's just that every annoying jock who peaked in high school goes there.Trinity College: Full of WEALTHY kids. Cornell of the NESCAC. Apparently their Squash team is one the best collegiate teams in North America. Lovely architecture.Wesleyan: Even more wealthy kids. A step or two up from Trinity, closer to Yale. Quirky, but smart. Nicknamed "Wes," but you shouldn't ask "Is that the same school that Clinton went too?"Connecticut College: Odd one out of the NESCAC. Lots of wealthy kids. Gets confused with UConn, but ConnColl is actually a pretty good school if you're an A- student. It's just so expensive.U of Hartford: Surprisingly good music and arts. Gives solid aid. However, some of the students are lacking...US Coast Guard: Free tuition, one of the respected military academies, really good all around.
