Idk if I should post this here, but I need to know for sure are my parents narcissistic?

So, I started noticing this a while ago, but I need to know for sure outside of me attempting to self diagnose this. It all started getting really bad this summer. My parents created “no tech Wednesday” which on its own seems to be kinda normal. Until you look at what was going at the time, it was basically my only way to interact with friends (note: this day does not keep from using discord/texting and phone calls), after making a couple of comments to friends I started noticing other behavior. The first major thing was when they started forcing me to work in environments that caused my allergies to act up (the allergies appeared fairly recently, and the worst they have gotten is hives and slight breathing issues), and when I attempted to get them to stop they took away my phone use for a week (this time including discord and messaging/calling unless it’s to them or it’s an emergency). And looking back over our relationship, they have threatened physical violence, and manipulated me into thinking behavior like this is normal. Another thing my parents still pull is giving me extra work/not believing me when I am sick. After learning about this, I started researching when and how I could get out, but after realizing what I was doing(I researched it on a school computer and one of the websites I clicked was blocked which was included in the saftey email sent to my parents every month) they first claimed my grades would fall if I moved out, threatened me with removing all things that they payed for from me (phone line etc), lampshading me about going into the foster care system (said things such as “you know if you want out you can voluntarily go into the foster care system”), and told me a cautionary tale about a kid I used to know who went through foster care and is now living on the streets because “she doesn’t want to follow someone else’s rules”. Now I’m pretty sure they are narcissistic but I want to make sure.
