Favorite strain: Maui WauiStory: I've wanted to try Maui since Kid Cudi sang about it back in 08. Around 2012-2013 me and my best friend, both from Puerto Rico and living there, were getting ready for a road trip to the west of the island for an event, the Corona Surf Fest. This was before dispos were even a thing back home so our only way of getting weed was with a dealer(crazy to see how far we've come), the dealer called me and told me he had the Maui I've been asking about, with it in hand we were ready for our adventure. Leaving my parents house at 3 in the morning of a friday, so that we could arrive at sunrise and set up our tent, but of course things never go as planned with weed and friends on an adventure, I, the gps/aux holder got us lost twice because I got distracted but nothing was going to stop us from having fun, and getting lost is just part of the fun. When we finally aarived we were late, pitched up tent in a baseball park where we got kicked out of not even 5 minutes after setting tent. Everywhere else was taken, the only spot left was the farthest we could possibly be from the event, now you must be thinking "that must've sucked". No. This was by far the best thing that could've happened, we were secluded, our own private beach with its own little walkway to it, it was nothing short of gorgeous. We were kings without a crown, waking up with the sound of reggae, the smell of my friend waking and baking and the sight of the beautiful beach on sunrise is and forever will be one of my fondest memories in my life and Maui will always be my favorite strain, because it is nostalgic to a happier and easier time in life.In hard times like this it's good to think back, think on something that makes you happy and fills with the joy of being alive.So, do you have a story that you wish to share?Beach via /r/OhioMarijuana https://ift.tt/3lTiZe9
