What did I do wrong?

Sorry if this is really long,, this just ended today and I'm a bit mad.. Tldr: I lose my jobe because the daycare doesn't like when parents worry or point out concerns they have. Now I have nobody to watch my kid.me and my 25yo fiance recently moved to live with my dad for a while due to unsafe living conditions. My fiance and I just had our first child who is now 3 months old. We registered her to a daycare so I could go back to work. At first it seemed ok, but then there were some issues. One policy they have is to id anyone picking up a child in their care. The first time my fiance went in without them knowing who he was they let him take our daughter without even asking his name. After that we talked to them only for them to spin it into saying I was being rude and a nuisance. I was calling once on my lunch to check in on my daugther and on one call mentioned that her meds looked like they were given took freqiently. I will admit I got a bit snippy when they kept cutting me off. After that they threatened to not take her because we complained too much, even though we only had those 2 issues, and that we were rude. I only got mad because every time I tried to talk to them I was cut off, even during this conversation. My fiance went in and talked it out. All good right? No, now they need me to get a letter from dhs showing they will be paid, I explain dhs will send it as soon as they have it processed, but they won't take her. I get that, but I finally get the letter and try to go in only to get turned away again! Now I need my work schedule for them to take her, something I was never told before. I went and vented to my dad and without me knowing he called them. The next day my fiance went in to see what all they needed only to be told they were refusing to take her. When he asked they said we complained too much, and that my dad calling was the last straw, when he explained we were not aware he did that she said she didn't care. My fiance got a bit mad and said they were only saying we were complaining because we were the only ones calling them out for doing something wrong. (I dont think he should have said that) and they said he wasn't allowed on the property.
