Should I have to help my parents pay for their renovation?

My parents foolishly ordered a kitchen renovation and they don’t have enough money for it all. They are passive aggressively implying that I should help them cover some costs with my car saving money, I have enough savings to cover a good portion of costs but there are several reasons I am hesitant to help them:1.) If you look at my post history, you can see that my parents are downright awful to me and I guess they always will be2.) if I give them the money (or some of it) I will never see it again3.) When I first started working, I had to do so secretly because my parents did not want me to have my own money and they think working women are inherently immoralSo am I obligated to help them pay for the renovation?
