My girlfriend has two kids with this piece of work. He keeps dumping the kids on us with what is supposed to be a 50/50 split. He’s supposed to pick them up tomorrow morning and simply refused to do so. We can’t afford a lawyer, but he’s in active defiance of the legally established parenting plan and we have his defiance documented via text. Is there anything we can do about this?
