Those currently in a hybrid teaching model, how is it working out?

Surveys are being sent to parents in my kids' district about whether to move to a hybrid model (2 days at school, 3 virtual) or continue with virtual only.To me, it seems like hybrid learning would create a lot more work for teachers. Having to teach both virtually and in person at once seems it would require a lot more planning and make for longer hours.Those currently teaching under a hybrid model, what are your experiences? via /r/teaching https://ift.tt/30eHpGy
