The EVS deployement is quite similar to Black Eyes, let me further explain, the throwing arch is the same, the distance that it travels is the same, it can be deployed in any surface a Black Eye can. Each EVS automatically activates once thrown and "installed", A loud humming will be taking place, everything within a 10m Radius is masked by the loud noise for the next 10 seconds.
