Hi. While I am a parent, I am not inquiring about my own family. A good friend and next door neighbor passed away unexpectedly last night. He leaves behind two children, 6 years and 9 years old. We are very close with the family and see each other 4-5 times a week, hanging out for an hour or so each time. They have local grandparents and a good support system. Eventually those people are going to need to go to their own homes. We are quite literally next door and so always there for them. Can anyone recommend good resources on how I can help, how I can talk to the kids, and be there for them while not being cliched? via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/348MRMn
